What to do for fun? I am admittedly passionate and slightly obsessive about work-related projects. I actually enjoy work, and have fun solving real problems by either inventing or discovering pieces of the puzzle. I don't enjoy games as such, but rather make a game of solving real-world technical problems. With this said, I also appreciate the wisdom that someday you will be on your deathbed, and look back at your life. You are not likely to say to yourself, "I wish I could have spent more time at the office." Each day is a gift and should be expended wisely. Finding the appropriate balance of work and play is a daily challenge -- at least for me. "Play
music because you love it, and get a real job so you can eat." Growing up, I spent many entertaining nights and weekends playing music in various garages and basements. This history continued when I returned from a tour in Vietnam, and was approached by an old friend Dave Wilmer, who said, "How'd you like to join a trio?" This opportunity initiated my source of revenue through my college days, and transfused in me a need to express myself musically. This need lives on to this day: See some photos.
